1) The purpose of the MD User's Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "The Terms and Conditions") is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and MDs in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by MD.
2) If a person who wishes to become a member presses the "Membership" button through the prescribed procedure set by MD, he/she shall be deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions. The rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and MD other than those provided for in this Agreement shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.
1) Those who wish to become members apply for membership by filling in their membership information according to the subscription form set by MD and pressing the "Membership" button.
2)
MD registers the applicant as a member unless the person who applies to join as a member as in paragraph 1 falls under any of the following.
①
Exceptions shall be made where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 6 (3) of this Agreement, but three years have passed since the loss of membership pursuant to Article 6 (3) and has obtained the consent of MD to rejoin the membership.
②
If there is false, missing, or misrepresentation in the registration content
③
Where it is deemed that registration as other members is significantly hindered by MD's technology
3) The time when the membership contract is established is when MD's consent reaches the applicant.
4) Where a change occurs in the contents of the member information referred to in paragraph (1), the member shall immediately correct and record the change.

MD provides the following services to its members.

MD News Mail Service
②
MD Online Counseling / Appointment Service
③
Section and Content Services for MD Online Members
④
Various services provided by MD in partnership with other companies
2) MD may notify members of the details and date of service to be changed in the manner prescribed in Article 7 (2) and may change and provide the service prescribed in paragraph (1).
1) MD may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities, such as computers, or disconnection of communication, and may completely suspend the services currently provided for reasons deemed appropriate by MD.
2) In the event of a service interruption under paragraph 1, MD shall notify the Member in the manner prescribed in Article 7 (2). However, this is not the case if prior notice is not possible due to a service interruption (intentional, faultless disk failure by the system administrator, system down, etc.) due to reasons beyond the control of the MD.
1) Members may request MD to cancel their membership (withdrawal from membership) at any time, and upon receipt of the above request, MD will proceed to cancel their membership.

If a member falls under any of the following reasons, MD may restrict, suspend, or lose a member's membership in an appropriate manner.

If false information is registered at the time of application for membership
②
In the case of threatening the electronic transaction order, such as interfering with the use of MD sites or stealing the information
③
In cases where laws and these terms and conditions are prohibited or contrary to public order and morals by using MD
3) If MD decides to lose his membership, he will cancel his membership. In this case, the member shall be notified and given the opportunity to explain before the cancellation of the membership registration.
1) If MD notifies a specific member, it can be done with the email address registered with MD.
2) If an MD gives notice to an unspecified number of members, it can replace individual notice by posting it on the MD bulletin board for more than a week.
1) MD does not engage in acts prohibited by law and this Agreement or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide services continuously and stably as prescribed by this Agreement.
2) MD establishes a security system to protect members' personal information (including credit information) so that members can use Internet services safely.
3) MD does not send advertising e-mails for commercial purposes that members do not want.
1) Each member is responsible for managing his/her ID and password, except when MD is responsible for it under the relevant laws and regulations, the "Personal Information Protection Policy".
2) Members should not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
3) Members should notify MD immediately if their ID and password are stolen or if they are aware that a third party is using it, and if there is guidance, they should follow it accordingly.

A member shall not perform any of the following acts.

The act of registering false information when applying for membership or changing it
②
The act of changing the information posted to MD
③
Activities that infringe on the personal rights or intellectual property rights of third parties or interfere with their work
④
the act of stealing another member's ID
⑤
The act of sending mail containing junk mail, obscene or violent messages, videos, audio, etc., or disclosing or posting other information contrary to public order and morals
⑥
Transmission or publication of information (computer programs, etc.) prohibited by relevant laws and regulations
⑦
Posting or sending e-mails by pretending to be an employee of an MD or a manager of an Internet service, or stealing the name of another person
⑧
Publishing or e-mailing data containing software viruses, other computer codes, files, and programs designed to disrupt or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment
⑨
Stalking, etc., bullying other members
⑩
The act of collecting, storing, and disclosing personal information about other members without consent
⑪
Acts of conducting for-profit activities using MD's services by posting advertisements or propaganda to an unspecified number of people or sending spam emails
⑫
Violation of the terms and conditions set forth in the service provided by MD and other regulations on the use of the service
2) If any member has committed an act falling under paragraph 1, the MD may restrict, suspend, or lose membership in an appropriate manner as prescribed in Article 6, paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Agreement.
3) Members are responsible for compensating for damages suffered by MD or other members due to the attributable reasons.
1) Contents that slander other members or third parties or damage their reputation by slander or slander
2) Contents of dissemination of information, sentences, figures, etc. in violation of public order and morals
3) Contents deemed to be related to criminal acts
4) Contents that infringe on other rights, such as copyright of other members or third parties
5) Where advertising or commercial purposes stand out
6) Other matters deemed to be in violation of the relevant laws and regulations
1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by MD belong to MD.
2) Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained by using MD for profit or make it available to third parties without MD's prior consent.
1)
The contents of the consultation conducted by the service can be used for the following purposes after deleting personal information.
①
Academic activities
②
Medical and consultation
③
Medical services
④
Authoring activities such as printed materials, CD-ROMs, etc
⑤
Part of the service content, such as FAQs and recommended consultations
2)
If you apply for the following consultation, you may not provide all or part of the consultation service.
①
In the case of repeatedly applying for the same consultation
②
When applying for counseling using expressions that are contrary to common sense or using profanity
③
If you are applying for a consultation requesting a diagnosis name
④
Where applying for consultation on treatment costs, inspection costs, drug prices, effects of drugs, etc
⑤
Where counseling is conducted for the purpose of obtaining information to harm others
1) MD may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, etc.
2) In the case of MD amending these terms and conditions, the application date and the reason for the amendment shall be specified and announced on the initial screen along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.
3) If MD revises these terms and conditions, they also apply to members who joined as members prior to the revocation unless the revocation violates the relevant laws and regulations.
4) Members who have objections to the changed terms and conditions may withdraw in accordance with Article 6 (1).
